Southwest WOW Sale with up to 40% Off!

Southwest has a sale just about every week but this is one deserves your attention. The WOW Sales offers up to 40% off base fares. Act quickly, you need to book by this Thursday, June 11 and use code FLYWOW.

The Southwest WOW Sale is good for most travel from August 4 through December 16, with the specific limitations listed below. It’s a great deal! Southwest typically offers a big sale like this two or three times a year. Snatch these fares and make your travel plans for the rest of the year.

Where Can I Go?

Select routes are included in the WOW Sale. They cover the continental U.S. and to/from international, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico destinations August 4 through December 16, 2026 with some blackouts (below). As you might expect, most dates Thanksgiving week are blacked out. Book Interisland Hawaii flights on much earlier dates – June 29 through August 19.

As usual, the Southwest WOW Sale only applies to new reservations. If you have existing reservations at a higher price, you may have to cancel and rebook. Just watch out for the 6 month fare credit validity from booking on Basic fares.

Limitations and Blackouts

There are several blackout dates and limitations, key specifics listed below:

• Continental U.S. travel blacked out September 7, October 9, October 12, November 20-25, and November 27-30, 2026.
• Continental U.S. travel is not valid on Sundays.
• Travel continental U.S. to international, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico blacked out September 3-8 and November 19-25, 2026.
• Travel from international, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico to continental U.S. blacked out September 3-8 and November 27-December 1, 2026.
• Travel continental U.S. to Hawaii and international is valid Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Travel continental U.S. from Hawaii and international is valid Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Travel to/from San Juan, Puerto Rico is valid Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Interisland Hawaii travel valid Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
